Technical features

  • Maximum weight per pane: General guideline standards ⁴. Panes up to 600 mm wide and 70 kg per pane. From 600 to 750 mm wide and 60 kg per pane. More than 750 mm wide not recommended.
  • Tread: Special high-resistant extruded resins. Diameter 20 mm.
  • Bearing: High-quality needles. Option of Corrotect® anti-corrosion finish.
  • Bearing axis: 6 mm diameter stainless steel AISI 303 axis.
  • Track: Extruded aluminium alloy 6063T5. Platinum standard anodising. Option of other colours.
  • Adjustment axes: AISI 303 stainless steel vertical drive 8 mm swaged axis.
  • Adjustment screw: 6 mm vertical adjustment, thanks to a screw-free automatic anchoring stainless steel nut in both the upper and lower cart.
  • Adjusment spring: AISI 302 stainless steel.
  • Hinge: 6063T5 alloy extruded aluminium bodies. AISI 430 stainless steel anchoring contra plates, babbitt injection-moulded caps and A2 bolts.
  • ⁴: The maximum permissible weights also depend on the number of panes, height and the total weight of the enclosure.
